if anyone is wondering about ba da bing comment at Robin's blog.. i actually forgot I did that.. it is my little way of revenge. Everytime he leaves a meaningles comment on my blog (which to me, all his comments are, often I cannot even follow them) I leave a meaningless comment on his.
It is rather healing actually

Some Anonymous UCM member spouted a lot of U*U BS that is not supported by the readily verifiable facts and documentation.

Actually Anonymous U*U's rant contains much misinformation and disinformation that quite regretttably makes everyone's job harder. . . It is however very useful to me as it serves to illustrate the kind of DIM Thinking institutional denial that Anonymous U*U and rather too many other U*Us have engaged in throughout this conflict.
The fact that CC had not heard about the alleged "chair throwing incident" should tell U*Us something. . . The fact that Anonymous U*U's recent rant is, so far, the first and only time that this alleged "chair throwing incident" has ever been mentioned and the fact that, in spite of my public challenge to U*Us to do so no U*U has provided the slightest corroberating testimony or evidence about this alleged incident, should make it clear to U*Us that the alleged "chair throwing incident" never happened or, if it did, I was not in any way involved in it. There's a little mission for you Indrax. I suggest that you inquire with the Unitarian Church of Montreal about this alleged "chair throwing incident" and share your findings with us so that we may further discuss Anonymous U*U's demonizing allegations about me. . . Write an email to the Board of the UCM asking them to provide information about this alleged "chair throwing incident" that Anonymous U*U has failed to substantiate inspite of my public challlenge to do so.

This is none of the boards business, it's anon's job to substantiate anon's claims. In the meantime you should substantiate some of yours.

You know very well what Rev. Ray Drennan said. It is repeated in every letter of grievance that I have written about it and is now spread all over the internet.

You quote a few words out of context, but I'm pretty sure that he spoke in full sentences.
So I really have no idea what he said, or even what you think he said.
I have in fact provided the full phrases and sentences that Rev. Drennan spoke to me many times over, as well as the context that he spoke them in. You are apparently engaging in a certain amount of denial and ignorance yourself here. You know what he said and that it was clearly intolerant, bigoted and abusive to say nothing of hostile and malicious.
Yes LaReinaCobre people are actually still reading my Emerson Avenger blog. In fact there is a pretty clear indication that almost as many people are reading it as are reading your blog. . .

He was so eager to "flame" me that he did so and then posted a second answer "rebutting" what I said. I learned many years ago that as soon as any party in a discussion degenerates into name-calling, there is no further purpose in continuing the discussion. Consequently, I have not posted any answers to Robin's vitriolic responses to my post. I will not respond to his request to "back up" what I said. He has little means to "back up" his allegations. What I wrote is based on factual knowledge that I would testify under oath as being true "to the best of my knowledge.

Because you are incapable of doing so. What you said is clearly and unequivocally misinformed if not knowing and willful misinformation and disinformation as my point-by-point rebuttal clearly demonstrates.

Wrong. All of my allegations about the conduct of Rev. Ray Drennan, the Board and congregation of the Unitarian Church of Montreal, the UUA and its Ministerial Fellowship Committee etc. etc. are backed up by plenty of evidence, much of it in undeniable written form.

Sorry but "true to the best of my knowledge" does not stand up in court and you would risk perjury charges if you testified to the effect that I was involved in any "chair throwing incident". You know very well that the allegations of the "chair throwing incident" that you maliciously threw at me in an attempt to further demonize me are an unsubstantiated rumour. You did not personally witness it because it never happened and anyone who says that it did happen is a liar.
I was not aware that Emerson Avenger had studied the law and was a member of the Bar. His ignorance of the law is to be pitied. "Better to keep your your mouth shut and let people think you a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt."
That advice applies very well to you Anonymous. You and no shortage of other "like-minded" U*Us have proven yourselves to be fools by opening your mouths or typing on your computer keyboards. My knowledge of the law is apparently better than yours and other U*Us. You seem to forget that I "competely thrashed" those perjurious U*U prosecution witnesses who had me falsely arrested on trumped up criminal charges in December of 2000. I successfully had that fool of a Queen's Counsel lawyer Kenneth Howard QC found gulty of committing theft and assault after he so foolishly took the law into his own hands by stealing my picket signs and technically assaulting me. Likewise I successfully had another U*U found guilty of uttering threats against me. When it comes to knowledge and understanding of the law U*Us have consistently proven themselves to be remarkably ignorant to their detriment and shame.
I hereby repeat my public challenge to U*Us to try to sue me for slander and/or libel see what happens. . .
More on that fool of a Queen's Counsel lawyer Kenneth Howard QC. Why is it that he hasn't sued me for slander or libel for what I have reported about him on the internet? Could it be because he knows full well that you can't successfully sue someone for slander or lible if they are in fact telling the truth about you?
